What languages does Reji support?

You can learn words, phrases, and their pronunciation in 46 languages with Reji (in alphabetic order): Afrikaans, Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Armenian, Bosnian, Catalan, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Esperanto, Finnish, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Kurdish, Kyrgyz, Latin, Latvian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Welsh.

How does Reji teach me the correct pronunciation?

Reji speaks out with correct accent so that you can hear and repeat it aloud, it also shows you phonetic transcription for languages that support it, or transliteration (for Chinese, it’s pinyin, for instance).

Is Reji free?

You get 7 free trial days when you get the app for the first time. After trial expiration, you need to choose a subscription (2.99$ per month or 23.99$ per year) to continue using Reji.

Is Reji available for Android?

No, Reji is only available for iOS devices (iPhone/iPad with iOS 10+) at this point. However, we are planning to launch it for Android later this year, too. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date!

Is Reji's learning algorithm efficient?

Reji is using spaced repetition algorithm to teach you words. This algorithm is considered to be very efficient for learning words. You can read more about it here.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can open Reji, go to settings, hit the "Change Membership" button and the "Open iTunes Store" button afterwards. Unfortunately, you're not allowed to cancel your subscription from within Reji due to Apple technical restrictions. Or, you can also manage your iOS subscriptions directly in your Apple ID settings. What does a white dot on my deck mean?

It means that you have flashcards in this deck that are due learning or repetition. As soon as you’ve learned all words in a deck, the dot icon changes to a tick.

Will I be able to use Reji on multiple devices?

As soon as you’ve opted in for a subscription in Reji, it’s bound to your Apple ID, so you can easily use Reji on all iOS devices where you signed in to your Apple ID.

If you are planning to use Reji on another device, make sure you’re signed in to your Apple ID, open Reji, and tap on the “Restore” button. Or, open settings in Reji, tap on “Change Membership”, and hit the “Redeem” button there.

Will my decks be restored if I reinstall Reji?

Yes. Reji back ups all your decks in your iCloud automatically. Thus, if you reinstall Reji or install it another iOS device (note they must use the same Apple ID), all your decks will be automatically restored.
