Reji is using spaced repetition algorithm to teach you words. This algorithm is considered to be very efficient for learning words. You can read more about it here.
Reji speaks out with correct accent so that you can hear and repeat it aloud, it also shows you phonetic transcription for languages that support it, or transliteration (for Chinese, it’s pinyin, for instance).
It means that you have flashcards in this deck that are due learning or repetition. As soon as you’ve learned all words in a deck, the dot icon changes to a tick.

Yes. Reji back ups all your decks in your iCloud automatically. Thus, if you reinstall Reji or install it another iOS device (note they must use the same Apple ID), all your decks will be automatically restored.
